Effective June 13, 2026. This policy explains the information ClarityCrawl collects and how it is used during early access.
Information processed
ClarityCrawl processes account details, submitted URLs, uploaded HTML files, scan results, findings, exports, organization data, billing status, and API keys needed to operate the service. For early access, we also collect your name, email, company, role, team size, use case, current tools, product challenges, requested features, feedback, experience rating, referral URL, and campaign attribution.
How data is used
Data is used to run audits, create reports, generate recommendations, manage subscriptions, support teams, prevent abuse, improve reliability, select appropriate early-access cohorts, prioritize repeated product requests, and send the launch communications you consented to receive.
Service providers and retention
We use infrastructure and delivery providers, including Resend for email, to operate the service. Feedback and paid-plan interest records are retained where needed for product decisions, launch notifications, security, legal obligations, or to honor suppression and consent records.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your feedback and paid-plan interest information, or withdraw from product-update emails, by contacting the address below. Transactional messages about your account may still be sent when necessary to provide the service.
